Season Spoilers
[On if we find out if Elle is Sylar's baby's mother] Boss Tim Kring is the man with the answers, so I asked him and he said: “We will find out, yes. We will know very soon.” Hol-freaking-ler! Though we won’t see a flash forward, I hear we see some hot baby making during the eclipse later this month. (KristinEOnline)
Angela’s mind is still trapped inside her comatose body. Wouldn’t it be convenient if we had a hero with the ability to enter someone’s mind and read their thoughts? Well, I’m hearing Matt and Daphne are on the way… (KristinEOnline)
Next week one Hero begs for death. Another Hero has the power, and perhaps the motive, to do put that first Hero out of his or her misery. Could Herocide actually happen? OK, maybe, but what about when the Hero who wants to die is the totally awesome Kristen Bell? (KristinEOnline)
We’ll learn next week that the formula is incomplete. There are the two parts we know about, but Suresh discovers a third element he calls “the Catalyst.” What is it? More like, who is it? Dun-dun-dun! My money’s on the blond chick in the skirt who’s the key to saving the world! (KristinEOnline)
It’s hard out there for a precog. In an upcoming episode things pretty darn get hairy for Usutu. What does this show have against people who can see the future? And an even better Q: If they can see their own death before it happens, why can’t they prevent it? (KristinEOnline)
“Around episode five, Claire and Noah collide in a most unexpected and kind of horrific way—I don’t mean horrific…I just mean as a father, let’s just say she just turns up in a place where I’d least like her to turn up when I’m doing work that I don’t want her to know about.” (KristinEOnline)
This season on Heroes, Nathan gets his head sliced open, Sylar-can-opener-style. Whaaat?! (KristinEOnline)
(On Hiro and Andy) ”You don’t see them really interact with any of the season-one Heroes until episode eight or nine, and then we’ll see him interacting with people he hasn’t interacted with before.” (KristinEOnline)
Next week is a huge episode for Nathan Petrelli. We’ll learn more about his ability, and he’ll be taking Tracy home to meet mom. (You can only imagine how well that goes…) He also sets off a mission that leads him to discover the shocking secret of another Hero.
Claire learns what her father is capable of when it comes to serving the Company, and she ain’t the least bit happy about it. But on the flip side, during the same mission where Claire sees her father at his worst, Claire and her uncle Sylar bond. Crazy, I know, since Sylar was cutting off the top of Claire’s skull just a few weeks ago, but oddly, the two of them do find a little common ground next week, while fighting a guy I’ll call the Vortex Villain.
As the previews promised, Arthur Petrelli finally appears next week, and he’s been conspiring with another Hero’s father…
The latest scoop I’m hearing from inside sources close to the set is that there will be a little housecleaning this season. Not everyone will make it to the finale. (KristinEOnline)
Also, from what I hear, who will fall (or more likely, get their noggin sliced open) has not yet been decided.
She’s (Kristen Bell) back on the set shooting her multi-episode arc as we speak! Woo-hoo! In other Heroes news, look for the action (or at least part of the action) to shift to a comic book shop in Athens, Georgia around Episode 11. (Ausiello)
Kristen Bell will not be a regular this season on Heroes, but she will appear in a recurring fashion, most likely for five more episodes. The only new regular is Cristine Rose as Mama Petrelli, who has a lot to do this season. Oh! And I just met up with Brea Grant, the new villain Speedster (otherwise known as Landry’s dread-headed cutie on Friday Night Lights). (Kristin, EOnline)
Jack Coleman will be returning for the third season.
Monica will definitely be back, as will “Nana Dawson,” aka the legendary Nichelle Nichols. However, in the first few eps, our time with them in New Orleans will be centered around their relationship with Micah. As for West (Nicholas D’Agosto), I couldn’t swear to it in a court of law, but I’m fairly sure he’s gone, at least for the time being. (Kristin, EOnline)
Claire is not the only character on the show who is adopted. (Kristin, EOnline)
Elle is very much a part of the writers’ grand plan for season three. So, if there is a holdup, I assure you it is more on the business side of things, and there is still time to get this worked out before they go back into production. (Source: Kristin EOnline)
Kristen Bell is not signed on for next season. But sources confirm that Heroes is in active discussions with her to return for an arc during Season 3. (Source: Ausiello)
Heroes is tentatively slated to start production on Season 3 on May 1 — more than two months ahead of schedule. As a result, the show could have as many as 10-13 episodes already in the can by the time it returns in September. (Source: Ausiello)
One of either; Niki or Nathan will definitely remain alive in upcoming episodes! (Source: Ausiello)
Two of the deaths from December 3rd’s episode may not stick, but that the third is the end of a certain series regular who has been a part of the series since day one. (Source: Kristin EOnline)
When the second half of the season kicks off, it’ll look very different from what was initially planned. Changes are being made to return the show to its winning Season 1 formula. (Source: Ausiello)
