Well, they can stop wondering: Sources confirm to me exclusively that she’ll be relieved by none other than the perpetually pouty computer whiz’s ex, Morris O’Brian.
Though the slippery hacker won’t make his comeback in fall’s two-hour teaser “prequel,” portrayer Carlo Rota has just signed on to appear in a handful of episodes, starting around the midday point after January’s official premiere. How will the changeover take place?
I hear that an emergency involving Chloe’s now-4-year-old spawn causes her to take off for a few hours (i.e. episodes), prompting her (possible) babydaddy to step in. All of which sounds OK to me, so long as Chloe’s kid isn’t being menaced by a cougar. Been there, done that, don’t wanna go there again. (Ausiello)
